Introduction
Booking Policies dictate when payments are taken for properties and fees if they are refundable and at what specific moments.
Properties and Fees can have separate or combined booking policies, however, the Vrbo Booking Policy cannot include fees.
Each Fee should only have one associated booking policy. The Fee Policy cannot have properties attached as it is only meant to communicate with the fee directly. Booking Policies for fees often follow a different payment schedule than properties and may need their own booking policy.
For example, cleaning fees can be fully refundable while a property may only be 50% refundable after booking. Booking policies tell LiveRez how to handle these transactions.
