Once on the New Tax page, you'll need to fill out the following information:

Name - Tax Name.
Description - Optional additional information about tax.
Type - Using the dropdown menu choose the tax type that best fits this tax.
Agency Name - tax remittance agency.
Tax Account Number - Account number with tax agency. This is required information for Airbnb, if you don't have a number please enter a fake number in this field.
TOT Registration ID - Occupancy tax ID number. This is required information for Airbnb, if you don't have a number please enter a fake number in this field.
Value - percentage value for non-nightly tax, fixed amount for nightly tax.
Nightly Tax - use the slider button to turn this tax into a nightly tax, default is set to No.
Tax Exemptions - Use this section if you have properties that this tax would not apply to after a certain number of nights. Select Exempt Tax After if taxes are exempt after a certain length in the stay (say, the first 7 nights are taxed and no taxes after that). Select Exempt All Tax if taxes if a booking over X nights has no taxes at all (say, a 30-day rental doesn't get taxed the same as a shorter-term rental).
GL Account - general ledger tax collection routed to in LMPM. Use the dropdown menu to select the GL account you've created for this account. Tax GL account creation is covered in this guide.
Remitted by Airbnb - Slide toggle to "Yes" if remitted by Airbnb and LMPM will not collect this tax on Airbnb reservations. Slide toggle to "No" if Airbnb does not collect the tax. More information about Airbnb tax collection.
Tax Groups - Assign tax to an existing Tax Group, Tax Groups are covered in another guide (and individual taxes can be attached to tax groups from that section). OK to skip during initial onboarding.

Once finished, click Save then repeat this process to create all taxes.
