Category - Select the Category that fits best, for this example we've selected Cleaning from the dropdown menu. Note: some categories such as Cleaning cannot be a % based fee and must be a flat fee.
Status - toggle the slider to active to turn this fee on, toggle the slider to inactive to turn this fee off.
Description - internal description of the fee.
Housekeeping Note - Optional note.

Details:

Value - this is the default value for the fee, you're able to adjust the fee per property (more on that later).
Percentage value - Airbnb accepts percentage-based fees based on the overall rate (including the rate markup). Please note that the Airbnb Cleaning and Airbnb Linen fees cannot be percentage-based.
Use property-specific values - Slide the toggle to On if this fee amount is different per property, otherwise leave it set to Off if the fee is the same per property.

Accounting:

In most cases, the accounting for Airbnb fees will mirror the existing fee used for other channels. Please refer to that fee for correct accounting.

GL Account Override - If you want this fee associated with a specific GL, adjust this using the dropdown menu.
Revenue Vendor - select your property management company using the dropdown menu.
Revenue Allocation - select who gets this revenue: Manager, Owner or Split using the dropdown menu.
- Selecting Manager means the PM gets all the money from this fee.
- Selecting Owner means the owner gets all the money from this fee.
- Split means the profit will be split between the PM and owner, and the split percentage is determined by the split on the owner contract.

Leave all other settings as-is. When finished, click Save.
