Once on the New Travel Agent screen, you'll need to enter the following:

Basic Info

This section is all you'll need to fill out if you're only keeping track of reservations made previous to LMPM, or for any reservations made outside of LMPM that do not have a commission associated with them.

Name - Enter the name of the booking source
Contact Name - Optional Name
Contact Email - Optional Email
Website - Optional Website

Accounting

You'll use this portion if a commission applies to this booking source. For example, if you have a channel you sell through that isn't integrated with LMPM and need to account for the commission.

Commission - enter the commission percentage amount.
Commission Applies To - using the dropdown menu select Properties Only or Properties and Fees.
Rate Received - use the toggle slider to select gross or net rate that a travel agent pays out.
GL Account Override - This is hard coded to the default Travel Agent Fees expense GL account, contact LMPM to change this if needed.
Tax Group - leave as-is

Once finished, click Save and repeat the process until all travel agents/booking sources have been completed
