Introduction
Owner Fees allow property managers to charge fees outside of the normal management commission. For example, if you want to charge a 15% commission for your management fees, but want to pass along the cost of credit card processing, Owner Fees is how you would do this in LMPM.
Owner fees are not the same as reservation fees, please don't put reservation fees in as owner fees. For clarification:
Owner Fees: Fees passed along to the owner - credit card fees, dynamic pricing partner fees that you want to charge back to the owner and keep separate from your standard commission.
Reservation Fees: Fees a guest pays - cleaning fees, damage waivers, booking fees, etc. that are included in the overall cost of a reservation.
