Introduction
LMPM has the ability to send and receive guest through the CRM. You'll need to connect an email address in order to do this and we have a great video to walk you through this process.
Some things to note:
We recommend you connect a business email to LMPM; complex email forwarding takes place behind the scenes and a @gmail.com, @outlook.com or any other personal email will have issues because of this. If you don't have a business email, please contact your web hosting service for one.
We also recommend that you have one email solely for guest communication that you connect to LMPM to keep non-guest-related emails out of LMPM. If you don't have an email address solely for guest communications now is a great time to create one.
