Scrolling down, you'll choose who to send this email to and what to attach the email to:
Validity

Minimum Item Length - If you want to not send this email to short stays, enter the number of nights here (this is often unused).
Maximum Item Length - If you want to not send this email to longer stays, enter the number of nights here (for example: long term stays that have different needs).
Booking Type - Using the dropdown menu, select the types of bookings that will receive this email. In our example we only want check-in instructions for Guest Bookings.

Select Properties/Select Products/Select Fees

You can use automated emails that can be triggered by Properties, Products, or Fees. Automated Emails for Products are great if you're communicating with external vendors. Automated Emails for Fees are great if you have a vendor that turns on the heat for a hot tub (hot tub heat fee). In our example we're using an automated email for Properties.

Email Sendout Conditions

Automated emails now have optional conditions available. You can select Trip Fully Paid and/or Rental Agreement Signed to prevent the email from being sent to the guest until those conditions are met. This is a great feature to have to make sure the guest has fully paid for the trip and/or the rental agreement signed before they can access the check-in instructions or other emails you send to guests. You can easily select these options in your automated emails by selecting these checkboxes: Trip Fully Paid and/or Rental Agreement Signed.

You can send emails for all properties by clicking on the Select Properties dropdown arrow, then clicking Select All. If you want to use this policy for only certain properties only, use the filters to refine your property search and/or click on the certain properties in the drop-down list.

Once finished, click Save.
