Scrolling down, you'll get to the Template Options:

Automatically attach rental agreement(s)? - Most PMs choose not to attach the rental agreement to this email in case they don't want to accept the reservation. In that case, leave the toggle slider set to No, otherwise toggle it to Yes to attach the agreement.
Show nightly rate breakdown - leave this set to Yes to show each night's rate, otherwise toggle the slider to No to show the entire rate on one line of the email.

In the Blocks section:

Click in this box to edit any of this information. Once you click in the box a formatting menu will appear and you can change the look of the template and add dynamic content that could pertain to the trip.

Trip Details

This portion cannot be edited as it's hard-coded into the template.

+Add Text Block/+Property Block

If you want to add additional information to this template regarding the booking we suggest using the +Property Block. Click on +Property Block to add a new block to enter text, it has a similar look and feel to the Message Block and has dynamic content to add information about the property or the client.

Once finished, click Save at the top of the screen.
