Once on the Default Message Email Edit page, you're able to make changes to this template, broken down into the following sections:

Basic Info

Name - You can change the name of this template to anything you'd like.
Description - Internal description of what this template is used for.
Type - Category of this template
Base Template - What template this email is based on, leave as-is.
Subject - What the guest will see as the subject line for emails using this template, change this to what works for your company.

Custom Hero Image

You can use a hero image for this template only, otherwise it will default to your main hero image from the Appearance tab of the CRM. Image must be at least 580 pixels wide.

Blocks
Greeting Message

Click in this box to edit any of this information. Once you click in the box a formatting menu will appear and you can change the look of the template and add dynamic content that could pertain to the trip. In this template the +Text Block has the same formatting and dynamic content as the Greeting Message.

When finished, click Save at the top of the screen.
