This next step is a two-step process where you will select where you would like the fee applied. First, the Properties Only setting has to be applied to the fee in order to be able to select the properties that you would like this fee applied to.

In the Details section go to the field Percentage value and select On to set the fee as a percentage based fee.
The Value field will be the amount set between you and the Provider. Make sure this field is correct.
For Set the Fee value now? Select Yes, set the value now.
How can this fee be applied and select Properties Only.
Scroll down to the Publishing section and select the Company website checkbox to have the fee publish to your company website.
Go down to the Properties section and in the field Which properties can this be applied to either select the individual properties that you want this fee applied towards by selecting the checkbox(s) in the right-hand corner or alternatively, select All properties in the drop down. In most cases, the fee will be applied to all properties. That way if you add a new property down the line, you do not have to go back and add it to the fee.
Scroll back up to the top right-hand corner and select the Save button. Right after you click save, click Edit and go onto the next steps.
