No as it is an Airbnb specific item that Airbnb does not allow.
- Use case would be if one must pay $20 a night for a parking permit and wants to charge the guest $20 a night, you can multiply the $20 by the amount of nights and charge that number to the guest as a one-time fee for “Parking” at the time of booking.

2. How Will Transactions Flow with the Airbnb integration?

As of right now, any reservation changes are manual and must be manually updated and handled after that point. We have the resolution API on our improvements list so that will likely change in the future.

3. Do Specials or Discounts Made in LMPM Transfer to Airbnb?

There are only a handful of discounts that can currently transfer for Airbnb, and they are more fixed discounts for instance: monthly, weekly, nonrefundable rather than a special.

4. Do Alterations Made in Airbnb Flow to the System?

Yes, alterations made in Airbnb flow back to the system and updates the system automatically. It is best if the Property Manager requests the changes in Airbnb. Resolutions Payouts is an item that does not flow back to the system.

5. Not Receiving Emails from Airbnb Guests?

Please view the following link: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/225. Ensure to add automated@airbnb.com, express@airbnb.com, and response@airbnb.com to your personal email address book in your mail server.

6. Emails Are Bouncing Back?

The likely issue is that the Email Address in LMPM is different than the Email Address being used in Airbnb. Make sure that either you are using the same email address in both LMPM and Airbnb, or the email in LMPM is part of your Airbnb "team."

7. Why is the Property is Available in LMPM but Not Bookable in Airbnb?

This is most likely due to the max days notice not being set to Zero. Ensure the max days notice is set to Zero within the Property.
