Introduction
Blended Fees provide the ability to combine or "blend" fees into the Property fee. The blended fees will only be visible to the PM and never to the guest.
Blended fees allow you to combine fees such as admin fees, cleaning fees, pool fees, or any other fee that you do not want visible to the guest into the Property fee. Fees are then broken out in LMPM for processing. This feature works with direct bookings and VRBO only.
