LMPM comes preloaded with a CRM which can help property managers book more business using the CRM Settings tab. This function allows property managers to know if a potential guest hasn't replied to an email that was sent.
This information can be viewed on the dashboard and on the trips page. This setting is only for trips that have not been booked yet, trips that have been booked will not trigger a need for a follow up email.
