Once on the Default Automated Booking Response Email Edit page, you're able to make changes to this template, broken down into the following sections:

Basic Info

Name - You can change the name of this template to anything you'd like.
Description - Internal description of what this template is used for.
Type - Category of this template
Base Template - What template this email is based on, leave as-is.
Subject - What the guest will see as the subject line for emails using this template, change this to what works for your company.

Custom Hero Image

You can use a hero image for this template only, otherwise it will default to your main hero image from the Appearance tab of the CRM. Image must be at least 580 pixels wide.

Template Options

Automatically attach rental agreement(s)? - Most PMs choose not to attach the rental agreement to this email in case they don't want to accept the reservation. In that case, leave the toggle slider set to No, otherwise toggle it to Yes to attach the agreement.
Show nightly rate breakdown - leave this set to Yes to show each night's rate, otherwise toggle the slider to No to show the entier rate on one line of the email.

Introduction
