1. Can Monthly or Recurring Fees be Setup to Charge to the Homeowners?

Use Case: there is a hot tub service for example that comes in every month and charges the same amount, is there a way in the LMPM system to set up the charge automatically to the homeowner on a specific day of each month to accommodate that cost from the hot tub service company?
It is not automated. You will need to remember when each time you bill the owner to duplicate that bill to charge the very next month. Some of our Partners duplicate the bill once a year 12 times (if it is monthly charge) for the same date of each month to have the system bill the owner.

2. Is There an Owner Markup for Expenses?

At this time, there is not an owner markup for expenses in LMPM. The workaround for this is you can send the owner a bill that will show up as a line item on the Owner Statement.
- Example: If you want to charge the owner for example $50 for a $35 expense, you can charge the owner $50 and bill the vendor $35. It will show up on the Owners Statement as $50 for the service.

3. My Owner's Password Needs to be Reset/My Owner Cannot Login to the Owner Portal

If an Owner cannot login to the Owner Portal or needs their password reset, please submit a ticket to our support center for further assistance.
