Select the Transactions on the Bank Statement or until the Difference is $0.00. Once the difference is equal to $0.00, the Save for Later Button will change to Finish and Close. Once finalized, click Finish and Close.

If there are transactions on the bank statement that are not in LMPM, they need to be added using invoice payments, Accounts Payable or a journal template depending what they are.

If there are transactions in LMPM that are not on the bank statement:

If they are checks or digital checks, this likely means they have not been deposited and can be left unchecked until the following month.

If they are anything else, it indicates an error in how they have been entered in LMPM and the error should be corrected before locking the month.

NOTE: Once you save and close, the bank reconciliation is now locked and cannot be edited.
