Introduction
LMPM has a direct integration with VRBO that allows for a seamless connection between the two apps.
All information from LMPM will flow to VRBO. Reservations from VRBO will instantly flow into LMPM. LMPM allows for a custom booking policy for VRBO bookings.

Please note:
You'll want to make sure that VRBO sets your email option "closed loop" to "On." This will allow your LMPM emails templates to work correctly. Please contact your VRBO account manager to handle this once you're integrated.
VRBO recognizes "Lightmaker" as the name of our company, some of their staff also knows us as "LMPM" but please refer to us as Lightmaker to avoid any confusion.
